Description

With the December 2016 issue, our thoughts once more turn to Wurlitzers – they are, after all, the most famous machines which actively promote sleigh bells… Richard Hills has been the guest editor and he brought together three authors to write about this area of the theatre organ world which will hopefully inspire you to explore it further.

On the opposite side of the coin, Christopher Batchelor writes about what could be called the most famous organ in Britain – King’s College, Cambridge. As all readers will know, Harrison & Harrison has been commissioned to clean and upgrade the organ and the work has been completed ahead of schedule.
