Michael Harris writes about the Rieger organ in Edinburgh and David Price writes about the chamade trumpets recently installed in Portsmouth Cathedral before the Editor writes about organs progressing the science of ultrasound.

Again looking to the future, Andrew McCrea has written about the RCO’s plans for this year’s OrganFest which is taking place in Cardiff.

Taking a step back in time the BIOS column returns with Dominic Gwynn writing about chamber organs – these rarely were labelled but research has discovered the work of Joseph Beloudy.
